How can season passes sell out? Will there be day 1 DLC from the season pass available? What is the point of preordering a season pass? Can we get the content earlier than just using Microsoft points or a PSN card?

Sorry for all the questions. I'm sure the OP is just trying to be helpful and everyone is tearing him a new a-hole.

The 360 card is just 2400 points, nothing else. So I am sure they didn't sell out. They may have just pulled the item since it's pointless.
 
Not sure why anyone would preorder DLC for a game they haven't played. Sure the game looks great but we have heard that before. I'm going to play it first then decide. You can always buy the season pass later.
