I filled out a ticket to return the drums to be replaced. Didn't call or talk to anyone. Received a paid label and had the new drums soon after.

Here's what I did so far:
1) Go here: https://support.activision.com and create an account.
2) Go here: https://support.acti...y_support_games and add "Band Hero" to "My Games".
3) Then go here: https://support.acti...arranty_returns and fill out a warranty claim.

The instructions then state: Hardware: Return Required (Drums, Guitars, DJ Decks, Tony Hawk Boards, Top Shot Elite Guns, Fishing Poles, Kinect Gun, Skylanders Portals, Legendary Champions, and Location Items)
Use your case number when inquiring about your warranty claim
Please print the label you will receive via email to ship your item to us
Please allow approximately 7-10 business days from the date we receive your item for delivery in North America. In Europe, please allow approximately 14 business days.


After that you should receive an email confirmation. However I have yet to receive the shipping label/mailing instructions via email (I submitted my claim on the 10th).

How long did it take for others to receive that?
