How to cancel a Gamestop pickup @ store preorder

I have a preorder for Anarchy Reigns that I want to cancel, but I don't see any options of doing that. Is there a way to cancel it online or do I have to go to my store and cancel it?

To cancel or change a PickUp@Store Pre-Order, please contact the store at least one day after your order has been placed. You must visit the store in person to cancel your reservation. GameStop.com order status will not reflect these changes.

Best bet is to email customer service with the order number and ask to cancel. That's weird though, the option should be there to cancel your preorder under your order history. Ah well, just email them.
