While I realized PSN Plus users get this for free, You must pay for the service to actually get it for free, This is a Permament Download, PSN plus user or not, and I feel this offer is really good. Reduced price to 12!

Considering the PS store is selling this for 20 +, and Retail used is going for 15, I already reduced it down to a low amount, taking it for 7 is like I mind as well use it for myself.
 
$16 for a Like new version of this game selling on amazon. Remember that is the physical game and not just the DLC. $7 is not a stretch.
