Not sure if it is a sale or a permanent price drop. (Guessing permanent price drop).
It was recently this price for one day only on Black Friday when I bought it. Back then it did not come with any guest passes, but it seems now it does.
I've had fun playing it so far for what it is. Just roaming around trying to find supplies/survive/not get killed. You are way more likely to be killed by other players than the zombies as the zombies are not particularly aggressive or smart. In that respect, I think DayZ is better since there the zombies are pretty challenging.
Not a bad price, but if it is a permanent drop then it might go on sale over Christmas even further.
