You need a polish ip address

Make an account at http://www.cdaction.pl/ and then go here: http://www.cdaction.pl/seriale/GT_Legends

The code will be emailed to you. Enter it into Steam without dashes.


Quickie Proxy Directions

1. Google "Free Proxy List" or something like that and find a Polish Proxy. It should be in the IP Address:Port Number format

2. In Firefox, go to options - advanced - network - settings

3. Check Manual Proxy Configuration, enter the IP address in the first box and the port number in the little box and check Use this Proxy Server for all Protocols. You have now enabled a Polish Proxy

4. After you're finished, undo all these steps to disable the proxy in Firefox

Alternatively, you can also use an in-browser proxy (Like http://webprox.pl/ (thanks OddFull Metal)), but your mileage may vary on those.

Google is your friend. Google "Free polish proxy" or something and then google directions on how to use it.

This one worked for me, it loads fine.

It worked perfectly fine for me just moments ago. Already got the email.

Make sure to uncheck the 'remove objects' / 'remove scripts'. Or do it OP's way.

i did it just op's way now and i got the registration email and confermed but when i go to the page "This service is only available for Polish users. Sorry."

i checked my ip on mutiple sites and they all say its a polish ip

Are you using a High Anonymous/Anonymous proxy or a transparent proxy? Try changing proxies.
 
I'm new to Steam, where do I enter this code at?

I am also having trouble getting the proxies to work, both in browser and using browser settings.

I was wondering why I saw so many copies up on steamgifts.com
After about 45 minutes of hair pulling, I now have a copy. Thank you very much OP

But honestly, it's the same way people got Supreme Commander Gold/Forged Alliance and Blood Bowl Legendary Edition this past January. And Tropico 3? I think that was a Steam key, but not sure. Steam doesn't seem to mind as they haven't revoked access to the games I redeemed. Not too sure I can say the same about Microsoft and the GFWL keys though.

If we end up "stealing" these games, as it were, I'd only blame the over-commercialized gaming industry for being more concerned with how many games they can produce rather than the quality of their products. The market is over-saturated with increasingly generic, mediocre games that should realistically be free and are lauded as incredible, and we are deceived into paying lots of money for them. If you really want to weight the morals, keep in mind that almost every game released this year--and racing games in general--was padded with intentionally misleading praise and created with your wallet in mind, not your intellectual stimulation. How else can you explain good review scores being displayed on commercials? They want your money, and they want to retain your support to get more of your money later.

Get the game using Google Chrome. It will automatically translate the page into English.
 
It dissapeared of the page, maybe they ran out of keys. Too bad, yesterday I couldn't get one. No proxies and the web proxies didn't worked well. Thanks anyway for the info. :)
