I have order a few things in the past years with no problems.
If you email them it takes up to a week for them to response.
Only issue I had was during the bad storm my shipment took almost a month, but that was given..
 
This is one that never seems to drop in price much. Guessing it will be like the Metroid Prime Trilogy and very quietly go out of print one day, then the prices will soar.

This would have been a great price for a new copy, but you can find used copies for that much anyway.
