Yes "Full Game" is Episode 1. Technically Episodes 2-5 are DLC add-ons.

This deal has been listed as coming for over a week at the XBL DotW Sales in the Deals forum.

Just a heads up on Friday 12/28 Episodes 2-5 will be on sale for a discounted price. The price has yet to be announced but I'm really hoping they'll be 50% off. Either way I wouldn't go buying the other 4 episodes till then.

Heads up part 2: The Walking Dead Episode 1 is also currently free on the iOS App Store. Plus there an in app purchase available for Episodes 2-5 in a bundle for $14.99 as opposed to $4.99 a piece.
