This was a pretty good year for me. Started to get into Craigslist and garage sales, which is where I got most of my top deals from.

My top 10

1.NES top loader with 40+ games- $20
2. Altec Lansing 995ADA THX speaker set for my PS3- $10
3. Bose Accoustimass 5 speaker set for my main setup- $10
4. 2 Nintendo DS Lites- $30 total
5. Star Wars Xbox 360- $300 new
6. Playstation 3D display new- $100
7. Gameboy Micro Famicon edition- $50 complete
8. Atari 5200 with 2 controllers and over 20 games- $10
9. Gameboy Color gold Pokemon edition- 25 cents
10. Nintendo Wii- $20

What were your best buys of they year?

too many to list but my top buy would be the $600 in pioneer home theater speakers clearanced out at best buy for $150. gonna buy the matching sub this week. will end up spending almost the same price for the sub as the set of 7 speakers unfortunately

My best deal would likely be the Sentai stuff from Deep Discount with 10% extra off or the Doctor Who BR sets for $20 each. Maybe it's getting all 3 seasons of CPM's Slayers sets for $22.

I had a better year selling than buying.

A sega genesis model 1, a sega nomad, a sega fight stick, 2 3 button controllers, and 25 games for $8. Oh yeah, one of those games was MUSHA.

Probably a Kinect for $25 at a yard sale with kinect sports 2 and kinect adventures then second was a NES Lot with 35 games I picked up from a yard sale for $15.

Overall
Best Buy $20 RZ Preorder Promo. I matched all the titles down to $40. Essentially, netting me $20 new release games.

My best deal though is...
Professor Layton 3DS - $6.25 upon release date. I got it at Target in the B2G1. I price matched Sears but they took off the too much. They even admitted it to me when they handed the cash back. They said what done is done.

I forgot. My best deal was Pokemon Advanced Battle Volume 4. Usually $40-$60 at cheapest, I found it for $6 on eBay.

Wow, lots of deals this year, here's my top 5:

1. Zoids Chaotic Century DVD set from a local pawn shop for $20 (11 discs) (probably my best find ever)
2. Turbo Grafx system for $2 at goodwill
3. 3ds xl from the same pawn shop as above for $70
4. Bought a gamecube store display kiosk from a local thrift store for $50 (missing the system and tv but still awesome!)
5. Earthbound SNES and strat guide for $10 at local game store (said it didn't work but after taking it home and cleaning it thouroughly it plays great and even saves!)

Hmm..

Xbox 360 slim (4gb) - Free when my sister bought a laptop and gave it to me. Got a 200gb HD for it later.
Flame Red 3DS - $99 at sears on clearance.
40" Samsung LED TV (1080p, 120hz) $398.
Xbox 360 bluetooth headset, MW3 edition - $15

I'm not gonna bother listing games because there's so many..

Tons of stuff from yard sales and craigslist this year. Makes it hard to list. My favorite deals are

1. A price controlled Samsung 55UN7100 240hz TV for $1300 (Samsung sale price was $1600) at ----- as manager took $300 off for me to compete with other stores
2. A yard sale SNES bundle and Game Boy bundle with games. Also included a PAL SNES for $20 total
3. Last week a Pawn Shop sold me a G1 Megatron complete in box with all parts for $60
4. 60 some odd XBox and PS2 games for 50 cents apiece
5. Black Friday Deals, got everything I was shooting for

Probably had my best find today. Moving sale (probably last one I'll get to this season), RROD 360 with all cables, no controller, 20 GB hard drive, 2 head sets, hdmi cable, extra charging cable and av cable. $5.00. Took 360 with one of the headsets and the HDD into gamestop, and after paying for refurb and controller, got $80 for what I traded. And the guy at the sale was discouraging me from buying it. And now I have backup headset, charging cable, and hdmi.

PS2 for $10
Dreamcast for $5. Didn't have a controller though. When I got home there were two games inside the disk tray. (Crazy Taxi and some surfing game) Both work pretty good.
Getting 2 Wii U games at TRU during that B1G1 40% off was cool since it was when it first came out.
