Can rebates stack like that? Some of the wording in the fine print makes me feel like it wouldn't be worth the risk (not that I was planning on grabbing 'em, anyway - I like to stay quiet while I play).

Rebates should be okay, since one requires the actual UPC and the other requires a copy of the UPC.

Headset is decent, I had a similar Logitech build - just can't stand the behind the head setup personally.
