PS3 Uncharted/inFamous bundle $199 at Target

They've been this price since black friday Edit: (at Toys R Us and Target) but I would imagine that in most locations they've been scooped up by now. Best Buy is selling them at $299

Good fine though... $199 is a great price for this bundle.

Got two local stores with limited stock. $200 is nice, but Im kinda waiting on a cowboom deal around $120. The games arent must haves by any means so I just want a cheap console.

Because it takes DAYS to return back to your bank account... Merchants are quick to take your money but slow to return it....I wouldn't want 200+ dollars that I can't access for several days because of this.

Uncharted and Infamous aren't must haves!? Ha, that's funny...I'd love to hear what you qualify as a "must have".

Uncharted games sure, but I already have Infamous 1 and 2 from when I had my ps3.

Also have a dualshock 3 controller used once that I refuse to sell because I know I will end up with a ps3 again.

Fantastic deal. I scored a crazy sale at Target a couple of months back where a manager marked the regular slim 320G MW3 bundle down to $240. Never saw the price repeated anywhere. I don't like the super slim style, but this is temping just to have another one for the other room (and for lan parties)....

I bought the black Friday bundle and traded uncharted 1 and 2 along with the infamous collection. I already beat uncharted 1 and most of 2, but never had interest in infamous. I started playing infamous 2 via free PS+ and have been wishing I had tried it out previously.
 
the two must have games for me right now on ps3 are Ratchet and Clank Collection and All stars Battle Royale.

I am definitely a primary 360 gamer, so the ps3 is pretty much an exclusives machine for me

So the games come in retail-style packaging? I own all of the games and don't need to keep them.

Kinda, not really though.

They come in cardboard sleeves, not cases.

Also, the Uncharted DLC slip expired on 12/31/12.

I know the paper says expired, but I just redeemed all of my codes from this bundle on the 3rd. Give it a shot because chances are they are still working.
 
After quite a search today, I found one Target in the Phoenix area that had one left. Because it is a discontinued item, they were able to hold it for me. They won't hold an item if it is on clearance.

FYI, the DPCI number is 207-23-0026.

Serious!? I just bought those games off of someone on eBay. Ah well, no DLC for me.

I got the PS3 Super Slim Uncharted 3 GOTY bundle on CowBoom for $150 two weeks ago...
 
Three targets around my area had these bundles according to the stock locator so I drove to the first one and they did not have it because of a stock error that has not been fixed since black friday. I called the other two to see if they had the same mistake and apparently they did.

Word of advice: if you go out to get one call the store first because it might save you a trip.
 
Bought this bundle on Black Friday, such a great deal at this price. I didn't really like the design of it, but after I got it into my house, I love it. The top loading design is actually really cool.

This is a great deal. I picked one up from BF (actually a week after or so) and we are happy with the design. However this is our first PS3, so I can't compare them. The lid over the disc "tray" is a bit on the flimsy side and flexes if you push it, but I don't think it's a big deal. It seems pretty unlikely it would break.

The only complaints I'd have is that 1) I don't see a vertical stand for it anywhere, and it may be the case that it is not intended to be set up vertically. Maybe they just haven't come out with the stand yet, though? 2) I wish it had more than 2 USB ports. With a keyboard and Skylanders portal, we are left with no USB ports without swapping.

Take advantage of the blue tooth and try to score a cheap mouse/keyboard

Having owned all 3 designs myself, my only real problem with the super slim is that the sliding door on top can vibrate a bit and make extra noise. If you put some weight on it the noise is suppressed, but that's not a good solution.

Of course, unless you are playing a game/watching a movie with the system by your ear, you probably wouldn't notice anyway.

Not true. A review site said it looked cheap so it must be. Also it is well known that every new product Sony makes is a scam and this is no exception. Lastly someone said it's a bad deal because it doesn't have enough USB ports to charge her Nintendo DS or her roommates cell phone.
