What's limited about this edition? Also, isn't there an extended edition?
Nothing limited probably. It was just exclusive to pack ins with Panasonic 3D tvs and Bluray players until this Fall and that tacked limited edition on it when it came off the exclusive for whatever reason.
And yep, there's an extended version that has an open with Jake on Earth with 16 minutes of added footage, where as this is just the theatrical cut.
The added scenes were no big deal though. Worth giving up/passing on to get it in 3D if you have a 3D TV IMO. Though I do worry that they'll double dip and put the extended cut out in 3D some day.

If I had to guess what was "Limited" I'd guess the packaging with the lenticular cover. It'll probably be a bit stripped down later on.
