Gears of War 3 360 System

I have a Falcon Xbox 360 that has a bad disc drive (open tray error). So I'm considering trading some games and stuff into a local game shop for a Gears of War 3 360 system (has 320gb hard drive, only missing controllers).

Store is asking $250, might be able to get between $50 and $75 worth of trades to knock down the price. Opinions?

I think awhile back somebody said Costco had them on sale for about that price. May have been removed from their system though since it was a long time ago. Check back and let us know I might pick it up if it's a good price.
