What is the best Need For Speed XBOX 360

I've been a fan of need for speed for quiet a while but the last game i ever played was need for speed most wanted for the PC. Some of my favorite need for speed games are Underground and hot pursuit on the PS1. I've never played a need for speed on the xbox 360 ever... So what's the best need for speed game out right now for the xbox 360?
 
This is a subjective question because the play style of the games differ greatly. I would suggest reading reviews on Amazon and professional sites.
 
IMO, I think you'd like Hot Pursuit better, especially if you like HP1 on the PS1. Only downside is no local MP, which was a huge let down for me. But I do agree with musha666 that either of the Criterion NFS are great.
 
The Run was great for me, but I don't actually play racing games...or like them...other than Burnout. (and blur)
