Not bad $152.26 total with shipping (no tax for me at least) after the code.

If anyone's on the fence I wouldn't worry much. I took a chance and ordered a used Xbox + used Kinect from them awhile ago and while they were nothing special I got them both for $180 I think it was and they both worked fine. And since these are new I guess there isn't too much to worry about.
 
I would have bought one of these in a heartbeat even without the game. Oh well, possibly a good sign for some monumental price drops in the systems last year of being a current gen.
