Gamestop's Impulse Driven has Skyrim for $29.99. I don't think there's tax. Game is Steam Works, so I'm assuming they just email you the key. I've used Impulse Driven two times before. Once everything went fine, the other time they had to reimburse me my money because they ran out of keys supposedly. Anyway, I figured this is a fair price for Skyrim since it's the same price it was on the steam sale.
