That's a decent enough deal. The best I've seen was the special edition (the pre-order version), or whatever it's called, for like $15 on Newegg, a month back. This may just be the new price.
Just looked, and I guess not. Everyone else is over $30.

QFT. I enjoyed this one just as much as the first, a very awesome series, I hope they make more. This one is much more action oriented than the original, and is broken up into chapters. The original had more of an "open world" feel to it (which was slightly hampered by the long load times in between areas).
This second game though just goes for balls out action, it's completely visceral, and fun as hell. I didn't enjoy the story of the voice acting as much in the second game, but the action is far, far better. I very highly recommend both games!
