Looking for a cheap external HDD at least 10 GB

All I really need is about 10 GB to make it easier to transfer movies/TV shows from my PC to my PS3 (streaming programs bug out on me too much), though more can't hurt of course. Just looking to get one as cheap as possible. Anyone have any recommendations?
