$35 is as good as it gets without scheming or abusing deals/coupons/promos.
There's also a NewEgg.com deal by you have to sign-up for a Visa form of checkout method called V.Me, if I'm understanding it correctly. Until March 20-something-th they've got a promo code for 10% off the same price, essentially dropping it to $31.xx +tax.
Rakuten.com is the new name of Buy.com. Buy.com had been around for quite a while but it appears they hardly have any of their own inventory and instead are trying the "marketplace for sellers" approach. These XBL cards appear to be one of the few things that are still being sold directly from them and not a third-party seller through them.
In other news, I'm always pimping out the Points & Subscriptions thread that I do my best to manage. I/we keep an "archive" under each category (now hidden behind Spoiler tag buttons) so that it's simpler to see trends in deals-goneby.
