$29.99 is the regular price for DMC HD (at least on 360) that I've seen at EB Games, Toys R Us and xbox on demand. Currently, amazon.ca has it for $16-ish (both consoles)
 
Who knows if Capcom will even bother with a GOTY edition for RE6. $20 could be the best price for a while.
