Best budget over-the-ear headphones?

Any suggestions for over-the-ear headphones? My budget is ~$30-40, though I don't really want to go any higher than $40. I also want to buy from Amazon (gift cards). I would like solid bass if possible. I've been reading reviews for the Monoprice 8323, but those are currently $34 and I've seen them as low as $24. So far my list is as follows:

Sennheiser HD 202 II - $25.98

JVC HARX700 - $31.99

Monoprice 8323 - $34.13

Audio-Technica ATH-M30 - $40.60

I have a pair of Sennheiser HD 555's that I really like, but they're not really budget headphones....

Of those I'd probably buy the JVC headphones because they seem to be getting good reviews and I really like that style of headphone.

I have these and I love them. I like the retro design and they sound pretty good also. I use them at work, so it blocks most people out
