Given Squeenix's financial troubles the prices on all of their games will keep dropping like rocks. As it is they've been put on sale every other week.
 
Some of the DLC included in this bundle are for cheats/early unlocks. They can easily be disabled by deleting certain files.. but something to keep in mind..

Only Nightmare in North Point. There is a new story DLC but that doesn't appear to be part of the bundle.

Zodiac tournament, and racing pack too! There are a few extra missions on at least a couple packs.

Don't know how long they are though.
