Hehhehehehe...anybody quaking in fear yet? How should we handle this? Should we, as the only country to ever drop the bomb on foreign enemies, be able to dictate to sovereign countries what they can and cannot develop? (even if they are fruity as a nutcake?) If N. Korea had abundant oil reserves, would the situation be any different? Will the Governor return to shoot Carl in the face? (just checking to see if you are paying attention)
