FPS Mechanics Poll on your preferences

I've posted this on reddit as well as some other sites I frequent, but hoping to your preferences as well. It is roughly 15 questions, no email required and completely anonymous, originally started as a school project for statistics, now I am curious and eager to increase my sample size.
