EDIT: This is only free to Silver members. Gold price is 600 MSP.

Just bought it on a Silver account. Also, the Kane & Lynch pack is free as well.
 
It shows up free but when i sign in its 600 msp. OP were you still able to purchase it while logged in?

I have the game in my main account but I checked with my Spanish account.

Billing info = contact information. Name and address. Nothing to do with payment information.

It's the same way when u find it on the console.

glad this showed up, i got stuck w/ a ps3 version (downloaded to my ps3 already) from some other thing, but i'm glad i got it for 360 instead :)
 
awesome thanks. wish i didnt renew my gold a few days ago so I could have got this on my main account. but I made a new silver account to get this.

That too with deleting a bunch of DLCs and a couple XBLA games plus not having downloaded GOW 1 (from Judgment). And (hopefully) that Assassin's Creed DLC.

Yea it kept asking for that too. I kept logging in with different accounts until my US one let me download it lol
