The site seems legit enough. You sign up through Steam, which I'm sure you've all done somewhere before. After that, you basically just try to gather tickets, to better your chances at winning. You can get them by signing up with Facebook, twitter, tweeting etc. The main thing would be getting referrals, I guess.
