I know some of your are willing to sell your souls to a retailer via Facebook for a 25% off coupon (I know I am), so for thos interested, here are the details:

This is how it works (direct from their website):

  1. First make sure you are logged in (your account must have been created prior to May 1st).
  2. Go to our 100K Coupon Page and 'Connect with Facebook' + Like Play-Asia.com if not already.
  3. Claim your coupon code.
  4. Buy all the stuff you ever wanted!
  5. Tell your friends about it! (this step is optional)

Terms and Conditions:

  • Only in-stock items are eligibe (showing 24h shipping in the shopping cart)
  • The coupon can only be claimed by customers who have an account with at least one shipped order before 1st of May AND liked us on Facebook.
  • Cash equivalent items are not eligible (time/point cards).
  • Customers have until May 14th to claim their coupon
  • The coupon is valid for 30 days from the date claimed
  • The coupon might not be used in conjunction with other discounts or promotions

Also remember that for many games and items they have free shipping over $25 now.

Edit: Good for purchases of $60 or over, does not include or discount shipping.

Darn I can't get the coupon I guess I never had an account there and you had to have created an account before may 1st to get a coupon code

Sadly, I am not eligible for this coupon. My order was delayed by a week and has yet to ship. So guess I can't claim it.

Same here. Was looking forward to grabbing a couple things such as Gundam Extreme VS and then noticed I never made an account.

Also looking for suggestions to pick up. Already bought all the region free shmups I knew of and have been thinking about grabbing the Gundam game as well. Never watched the series but I sure do love fighting robots.

Play-asia is the worst website ever! Where I put coupon CODE ? It's too freaking complicated. Why don't they just make it easy like amazon or deepdiscount.

Put item in cart, click checkout, click advanced options, enter coupon code.
 
Darn, looks like the person who programmed the coupon did their homework. :lol: I tried adding a 99 cent Hello Kitty noodle box (in-stock) and Blazblue: Chrono Phantasma (for pre-order). It didn't work, of course.
 
Any one have a coupon code I could have. Didn't have an account before May 1st/ never ordered from them before. I've been keeping my eyes on a controller I wanted and waiting for it to drop. This would allow me to get it and save some $. It would be greatly appreciated.

The way the website words it, it sounds like the coupons may be linked to an account in some way.

The coupon you entered cannot be used! The coupon either does not exist, is already expired, cannot be used with the products from your order or is linked to a different customer account.


Keep getting this. Not sure why.

1. Item has to be in stock and ready to ship (I don't think it works on digital stuff)
2. Order total must be over $60

For some reason, the Advanced Options doesn't appear until you have at least one item in your cart that is over $60. I originally thought it meant your cart total had to be above $60...but apparently it means you have to have an item in your cart worth more than $60 by itself.
 
Well, they just lost my money. Canceled my Radiant Historia order that hadn't gone through yet to try and add Rune Factory and Yakuza 3, but apparently the "Ships in 1-5 days" status for RF and RH mean I can't use the coupon.

Alright, guess I won't place a new order.

Ignore my last statement, I tried a combination of items and it seems that the coupon does work on items totaling to a overall cart of over $60, not just with one item that costs $60 by itself; the only drawback is that all items must be labeled as in stock and shipping in 24 hours. Therefore, all of the ones that say shipping 1-5 days, 1 week, 2 weeks, etc. automatically make it so that the Advanced Options tab does not appear, and hence no coupon.

Found this out when I deleted Rune Factory: Tides of Destiny from my >$100 cart and the ability to add the coupon magically appeared.

On a side note, I don't know why it's so hard to use coupons on PA. It's like they don't want business.
 
Coupon is entered when you hit Checkout, then Advanced Options. Note the fine print. Coupon can be claimed on or after May 14th. Need to wait 11 days still. :\

That's the deadline for getting your coupon from Facebook. You then have 30 days to use it.
 
damn here i got excited w/ the coupon i literally cannot find good deals that are in-stock between figures, games, and mags. they overprice so 25% off ends up being a regular price elsewhere -_-
 
I'm pretty sure I ordered a few things years ago but can't find any old emails on the few accounts I checked. Anyone know if the coupon code is tied to the account that received it?
