PS Move worth it? Do you regret purchasing it?

CAGiversary!
Came into the LBP2 PS Move bundle cheap, but after looking at the games list I wonder if I'll get any use out of it at all and maybe I should return it while I can. I have PlaystationPlus so LLBP2 doesn't really factor into if I should keep it.

So CAG, what do you think of the PS Move, what have you enjoyed the most? Do you regret purchasing it?

I regretted my original PS Move purchase so much that I returned it to the store the same day. Afterwards I snagged a Bundle from new egg @ 50% off. I subsequently sold that and finally settled on the Kill zone 3/resistance/sharpshooter/move bundle. It was fun for a while but has been reboxed and sitting in a closet for well over a year now. I haven't so much as had a thought about it until I saw this thread. In short, the move's allure is short lived at best and certainly has no wow factor unless you're in a party situation or have children. If you can get an amazing deal on it, why not just get it to get it? But if you're on the fence and have better uses for the money I'd say you wouldn't miss much in passing on it.

I like the Move. I've played and enjoyed Sports Champions 1 & 2, Heavy Rain, Carnival Island, Sorcery, and The Unfinished Swan. Eventually I will get around to Resistance 3 and Killzone 3 with the Sharpshooter.

I wouldn't recommend buying the Move at MSRP because there isn't enough games to justify it. If you can get it cheap and some cheap games you'll like, then go for it.

I won my Move controller from @HeyPlayStation contest, and I got my Sharpshooter bundle by redeeming SonyRewards points. So no, I don't regret my acquisitions.

I took mine back real quick. Bought it to play light gun games, but the move goes out of alignment BAD when it's shook. Almost every game maps Reload to shake. Pretty much unplayable.

I have enjoyed the move games I have played so far. I got the Sports Champions bundle on sale for $50 at Frys. I got a nav controller and another move when Gamestop actually had a good sale for a change. I have definitely gotten my money's worth of entertainment for what I have in the system and games. I still have Unfinished Swan and Sports Champions 2 to play as well.

I would not pay the regular MSRP price, but there is a lot of cheap entertainment to be had with a Move setup now unless you only care for a small genre of game styles.

Dead Space Extraction + the move and the little red gun = tons of fun. I didn't like using the sharpshooter for whatever reason with Dead Space Extraction.

Still need to play through the RE Chronicles games, but I have enjoyed HOTD Overkill, Time Crisis, and what I've played of Sports Champions 1 and 2, and PS Move Heroes. I got the Tiger Woods 12 bundle, and I have not touched that game since I got the bundle a while ago but oh well.

Do I regret it? Nope, but I didn't pay anything near full price either.

I never tried to buy it cuz the games were just a few, I know there are some cool shooting games you can use it with like Waldo21 (CRAAACK! LOL) said, but if I had children or little brothers, nephews living with me I would buy it cuz I see it more like a family use thing...

It's been worth it for me, as I've got a good 20 games or so that use it well and are fun to play like MLB 13: The Show as the most recent Move game I have.

No More Heroes...in HD Nuff said.

Even though I own the Wii version I enjoyed playing it on PS3, I own pretty many move specific and Wii-ported titles on the system and I'd say it's worth having. I own the sharpshooter, two red gun attachments, the charger base, two move controllers and one nav controller, even though I don't use them much, I think they're worth having.

Plus it seems they aren't going anywhere since PS4 will be using them too, so if you're planning on the new system might as well pick up a set on the cheap to use.

I got it at launch, likely the only one in my area to do so. I had a lot of fun with Sports Champions, far too much table tennis than anyone should play virtually.

I have very few games for it, with essentially The Shoot and Sports Champions being the only two Move-only games I ever got (The Shoot has since been sold). Killzone 3 is actually pretty good with it. Every now and then I'll play with bots with the Move.

I don't regret my purchase, I simply regret the knowledge of knowing it wouldn't be the next best thing to gaming. As is most motion control gaming - it's a novelty. Though at the time it was a far cheaper novelty than the Kinect.

I don't regret purchasing a PS Move. I've only used it on Time Crisis: Razing Storm. Still have Sports Champions, the Unfinished Swan, Heavy Rain, the House of the Dead: Overkill, and the Shoot to go through.

It's a little sad that they haven't had that many games that take advantage of the Move. But the games that do provide proper Move support tend to use it pretty well. And the Move itself operates very well. It is everything the Wii was and more.

For the original price they were charging for the Move, I would probably have regretted acquiring it. But I got it on sale. As long as you aren't dropping full retail on it, I would say go ahead and give it a go.

Deadly Premonition: DC and Bioshock Infinite are both aces with a Move+Nav. For Bioshock the Move is the only control setup that eliminates input lag while maintaining graphical fidelity. I couldn't imagine playing either game any other way.

I will say that I didn't pay MSRP for my setup though ($10 each through RLS).

I enjoy mine, mainly for the FPS style games like House of the Dead Overkill, Dead Space extraction and such. Their not in the level of the actual arcade version, but for a console their pretty close. I don't regret mine at all.
