Surprised to see the TMNT set back. The Wizard of Oz ones don't make much sense since the 75th anniversary edition will be out later this year. The Batman digibook (my fav. digibook) should also be available at other retailers too. I know some saw it at BB a few months back, and if you're a member at Sam's Club it's $12.96 there. The exorcist is also getting a 40th anniversary edition this year,.

I ordered a few the other night, got my confirmation email, and that was it. Order number doesn't bring anything up, says I have no order history on my account page. Sent an email to see what was up, no response. I won't be ordering from there anymore. .
 
^ Yup same deal. Except I didn't even get and email. Got nothing but they charged my card. Sent them an email and didn't hear back yet.
 
They emailed me back, said the stuff was on back order. But unless something has changed, nothing in the order history? Kinda sucks I had to email them to find out.
 
bought $80 worth 3 packs blus my orders vanished and charged not auth but charged. They cant find my orders they suck.. time to bank soon... heard so many in past complained i should of done hw on bs site...
 
My order of TMNT is still ""IN PROCESS". Seriously, if something is sold out they should state that on the item page.

Are you sure the charge wasn't pending when you saw it? I ordered mine some a week ago from yesterday and haven't gotten them yet, so I called their customer support. She said they're on backorder and the charge should have dropped off. I checked my account and sure enough, it has.

They have no ETA whatsoever for getting more in stock again. I may call back and try to cancel the order completely. I don't want to forget about the movies I ordered, then get charged for them a month later after I've already made plans with my available funds.

Going to probably be like the Watchmen Ultimate Cut Fiasco 1-1/2 to 2 years ago. Where they had it listed on the site for a week, but only a few people actually got it.

Yes charge hit online bank days after order made on my 22nd. They shipped 3/4 but canceled rest so got to call for refund tom.

 
We will never buy from WB.com we did about 2 years ago, they had like a $10.00 sale We got Lois and Clark series for $10 a season and some other ones. When we got our DVD's, they were used, one even had a blockbuster video pre viewed sticker on it. Some were scratched to hell. They said they don't do that. That all their stuff is brand new. Well I beg to differ. Not sure if is different now, but we'd never buy from them again.
