I think with the Xbox One they're going to be.

With the way Microsoft fucks everything up lately with the XBone I wouldn't count on your MSP transferring over.


Even if they were planning on transferring, I'm sure this train robbery of MSP changed that.

The only thing that irks me is that CS keeps saying the unfilled orders only have "authorizations" on them when in reality they have charged my card already. I guess if worse comes to worse I dispute the charge.

The 1200 MSP code has been removed from the site. I tried to apply my code to a 1600 point code but nothing happened. No message or discount. It was good while it lasted.

Yeah apparently I have not been charged either and they wont refund me. In my "order history" on their site it shows absolutely nothing. On my paypal it shows completed and "in progress" on the bottom (I have no clue what that means). I placed 6 total orders starting on Saturday at around midnight.

I haven't seen this big of an error in a long time. Kinda wish I would have gotten at least 1 code. If anyone else is willing to let go of a few of their codes for $6.00 or so I would be very greatful!

I placed an order at 1:57est, and they arrived 20 minutes later (unless the ones I received were the two I'm missing from yesterday, which seems unlikely).

I called the general number first, but then I was told to call (877) 696-7786 to speak to a 'Microsoft Store Specialist'.

Glad I got in on this, actually bought almost 100 codes. Sold my 360 a while ago though still have my gamertag active online to redeem them, but definitely getting an Xbox One at launch, so when MS transfers all of the points to real money I'm going to get all the Xbox One games I want for like the first two years of that system's life for way cheap the day they release!

I wouldn't redeem those codes if I were you. We have no idea if they will transfer and if the rumor is true and points will no longer exist on Xbox One I'd be extremely surprised if they do

There were some people well into the 100's, if you believe them.

I would gather most people that got them to work went for between 10 and 20...

I got 17 and 1 not delivered.

I'm wondering the same. I have three orders "In progress" on my PayPal but I didn't get the codes.

So as it stands right now I got 2 codes but charged for 5. This is some BS for certain. Actually I got 4 codes (got 2 for another CAG) and was charged for 7.


The hard part is going to figure out which charges are for unfulfilled orders.

Yeah exactly...I have 3. I have screenshots of the order numbers, my cc that is already processed (not pending), and the list on microsofts billing page.

Man... I just tried adding the 1200 to my Hungary account, and it worked. Now I am actually mad I didn't order more. 66% off points cards + a normal 50% less that the Hungary market prices their games = buying games for 84.3% off...

I was told my pending orders (11 of them) were cancelled by two reps and I should my money back for those in 5-7 business days. Will print out records and dispute the charge with my bank if Need be

Placed 4 orders (2 AMEX, 2 PayPal) on Saturday night. Never received any confirmations. I've been charged for all 4.

Just got off the phone with CS. They said my orders are under review because I placed multiple of the same order. They said I need to wait 24-48 hours.

The inconsistency of this situation is kind of ridiculous. One person calls and gets free points, another person calls and gets told to wait. I'm sure at least some of us will get our orders cancelled, too.

Wish I would have tried some more orders this morning, but I didn't really need more points and didn't want to go overboard. Looks like being greedy would have paid off this time.

For those that placed orders Saturday night and experienced delays, did any of you actually receive the codes eventually? I'm Just hoping that I will still get my 7 codes that I ordered myself on Sat around midnight

Got 30 and all the codes have been delivered, but I bumped into the daily purchase limit while redeeming. Believe the limit is 20000 points. Best MS point sale yet!
