Many of you already know starmask2k3's reputation for failing to send his merchandise, changing the terms of a lowball auction after it's already underway, etc. Some of you continue to deal with him, even knowing this.

You might want to see this little gem that appeared in my PM box today:

I don't know the circumstances, but sometimes people make a mistake and receive neutral feedback. If they want to offer cash to turn the other party's "neutral" experience into a "positive" one, that shouldn't be a banning offense. Again, the context is not completely evident from the original post, but if a trade actually occurred, I don't think it's such a big deal for one side to seek a way to make it right and gain some leniency.

Or he could have just delivered on the terms of the original sale. Buying positive feedback only serves to question the integrity of the entire feedback process as well as the CAG marketplace. You changed your mind about him and I understand where you're coming from, but I disagree for the points I mentioned.
