Guild Wars 2 (disk, not download version) is $35.35 from Amazon.  Best price I've seen in a while (besides those who got in on the $32 after coupon Green Man Gaming deal which is no longer valid).  Especially nice for those of you sitting on the $20 promo code for trade-ins a while ago which work for PC disks but not for downloads.  Enjoy!

No, it isn't rare, it just rarely goes on sale. The cheapest price point has been $30 only 2 times on Amazon. Interesting that Target has them on clearance. I wonder if they are just planning on changing the boxes and trying to clear them out.
