Meanwhile scalpers are selling the LOU Survival Edition for $130+ on Ebay and Amazon.  Would love to have gotten a copy, but at those prices I can easily pass.  I'll get the game eventually (Survival Edition or not) later when the dust settles.

Now if I add the Survival Edition to my cart it states "Temporarily out of stock Estimated ship date: 06/27/2013"

Just was able to add a LOU Survival edition to cart and checkout, estimated ship date 6/27/13.  Finally!
