Best games under 30$ on demand for Xbox?

Not much on sale right now. Are you looking at any game (old, new, genre etc) or do you have a preference?

Sonic Generations is a great throwback to an awesome series. Well worth $10 (but I bought it for $5 on Hungary marketplace)

Wait for a sale is my suggestion.  The GoD are only worth buying the few times they've done 75% off sales, most are ridiculously overpriced.  That being said a few are reasonably priced.  The new Tomb Raider was recently reduced to $30.  Fallout 3 and Fallout New Vegas were recently reduced to $15 both can probably be gotten cheaper elsewhere but they are both worth every penny of 15 bucks.  Skyrim and Dishonored were also reduced to $30 again these can be gotten cheaper elsewhere but if you already have the points in your account they're both good games and probably worth the money.

Fable 2, Fable 3, Alan Wake, The Walking Dead (XBLA Game), Deus Ex ($9.97 on clearance at Kmart), Alan Wake American Nightmare (XBLA game), A World for Keflings (XBLA), Bastion (XBLA), Tales of Vesperia, Lost Odyssey, some others I can't think of.

Thanks everyone for the suggestions. I just beat fable 3 and I am debating tomb raider right now. I now have 40$ in my account but want to get the most for my money

I just noticed tropico 3 is $15 and batman Arkham City is $20, has anyone played these games... Are they worth it
I can't imagine Tropico 3 plays very good on a gamepad, it's really meant to be a PC game. Arkham City is awesome, but the GOTY edition has been $15 pretty much every other week, so I can't recommend buying the GoD version.

If you want the most gameplay for your money then get either:

Skyrim, Tales of Vesperia, Lost Odyssey, or Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning.

Skyrim & Tales are $30, KoA & LO are $20.

The GotY editions of both Fallout games can be had at GS for $15 each so the GoD versions are not that good of a deal.
Games on Demand is almost always a bad deal unless there is a specific sale.
Not for OoP games likes Tales, KoA, LO, or NFS: MW 2005 (before EA pulled it) that GS wants $10-$20 more than its cost on demand for a disc copy of questionable quality.
