StarCraft II: Heart of the Swarm Expansion Pack @ Amazon $31.18

I've been wanting to get this game for a while.  Is this is a good deal for this?

It's a decent deal.  Newegg had it in April for $27.99 so this isn't the lowest price it's been.  Blizzard is as bad as Nintendo with price drops.  You'll probably see it for $20 on Black Friday if you can wait though.
