I don't know if it bombed as hard as Fuse. I seen a lot of people playing Revelations, and none playing Fuse. It was just the high price for a year old port and being spread out on 4 platforms. I think it managed to do about as well as RE6, despite being much lower budget.
Personally, I Redboxed it to beat the campaign. I'll pick it up once it's $20, but $30 is probably fair, especially with the replayability of Raid Mode. Just won't buy new because of Capcom.

Apparently performance wise it's a tiny bit worse but I saw a lot of praise over the Wii U system of managing inventory. 360/PS3/PC break the flow of the game while Wii U is done on the fly.
FUSE is getting there used at least available for under $30
