Xbox Community Fun Times

CAGiversary!
To my colleagues and Xbox community,

My heart is heavy as I move foward in the next chapter of my career. I know my tenure at Microsoft Interactive Entertainment division will be one of controversial decisions, but I feel the community will appreciate my foward thinking as well as my aim and success to make Xbox 360 the leader in this console generation. I appreciate the Xbox community's passion and dedication to the Xbox brand.

The future of the Xbox 180 is one of game changers. Pun intended! Continue to "Fight for Your Rights!"

All jokes aside. Today, I announce the acceptance to be an integral part of Zynah family and help shape the future of mobile games. No need to cry for me Argentina as my wallet is lined with not Xbox green but Mo' Money green.

Sincerely,

Don Backtrack

Exciting news as we continue to offer new features to replace the retracted features of Xbox 180. To help promote Kinect 2.0. as an integral component of your Xbox 180 experience, we have enabled Kinect to read QR codes in place of download codes. In the process, these QR codes will be randomly generated and 180 characters long.

Hi guys and gals. Larry Herb here!
It has come to my attention that there has been a vocal minority concerned about advertisements on the Xbox 360 Dashboard. Advertisements for State of Emergency and Evil Dead were regarded as disturbing by some members of our community who use the Xbox 360 as an entertainment hub for watching Netflix, Hulu, and our other entertainment portals as well to play games with their families including young children; These ads my indeed be in appropriate for younger viewers. We always take our communities' concerns seriously. We recommend reviewing your owners manual that was included when you first purchased this revolutionary console or to open your system settings and customize your Privacy settings.

If you need further assistance contact us at www.support.xbox.com or search using BING on your Xbox 360 using Kinect say out loud XBOX SUPPORT! ........XBOX...SUPPORT!!!

If you continue having concerns with the Xbox 360 Dashboard, we offer another option available on the secondary market named Xbox.

Response:
No time is never to late. May we also suggest you take a look at our offerings on Xbox Video for Unrated Cuts of Hansel & Gretel: Witch Hunters and Taken 2 as well as our Xbox exclusive version of Evil Dead, which we have heavily advertised on the Xbox Dashboard. Of course, if you are under age, we expect you to ask your parents before viewing this content as its rated UR or R respectively. And for you Tweens out there, we also recommend our Digital exclusive of Spring Breakers starring Selena Gomez also rated R. Don't forget to also browse our Zombie Sale. We also have a TV exclusive pre-DVD offering of Killing Season.

We hear at Xbox love "Killing"...the competition that is with our exclusives for your viewing pleasure!

For family friendly movies this months featured movies include the cartoon about aliens on earth, a cartoon about some girl shooting arrows and another cartoon about a bunch of yellow pills with goggles all rated PG.

And on the gaming front Kinect Party is free!

PSA: Unfortunately, the original thread "Pre-ordered the Microsoft Xbox 180 console from Amazon.com" suffered the infamous RROD.

Fortunately, we here at Microsoft aim to resolve your concerns and have provided you with as much content that could be recuperated,

Thank you for your patience and continued support.

I would like to personally address Stewart Nacht aka Wombat of the Cagcast. I would like to applaud you for crusade for us to address mature theme advertisements on the Xbox Dashboard. We are currently exploring additional alternatives other than those outlined in your Owner's manual included with the Xbox 360 console.
We aim to bring you the best content and best promotions without being offensive. Thank you again for your feedback and continue to "Fight For Your Rights".

-Larry Herb

P.S. Brandon was terminated for not addressing your needs adequately. And did I mention Evil Dead has exclusive bonus content only available on Xbox Video service.

The next generation of entertainment is steadily approaching with the upcoming release of the Xbox 180. In preparation for this new age of media and gaming, we have streamlined our focus on one corporate strategy and in doing so we have restructured the Xbox group into a division called Devices and Studios Engineering group. The entertainment aspect encompassing video, music and even gaming will be incorporated into a nuclear source whereby the consumer may encounter all media circulating in all aspects of their Xbox 180. The evolution of this strategy is that live video will be fused seamlessly into the player's game with current vocalist lending their talents to the soundtrack persay Quantum Break, Or even, video game characters such as Marcus Fenix having a spin of the wheel on the Price Is Right, a popular television game show.

With this change in corporate strategy, other radical and evolutionary changes must be made moving foward. By September of 2013, Microsoft Points will be phased out for real word currency for all digital and physical purchases. As we are constantly evaluating our policies and implementing feedback, there will no longer be a fee for developers to update their products. The Xbox 180 will be region free. Indie developers will be allowed to self publish parlay an exclusive contract.

In keeping with our Xbox 180 motif, the Xbox 180 Family Sharing feature is not necessarily gone for good. We have initial plans to roll out the features that are popular with our consumers. As a trickle down effect and as part of service updates other not so popular features with be reenvisioned and executed in accordance with the true vision of the Xbox 180 console. Of course, in order to do so our customers must agree to Terms of Use Agreement.

So when do I get achievements for things like eating 100 specially marked bags of doritos?
Thanks for your inquiry. Details are still "underWrap" as to what the promotional giveaways will be at this time.

However, hope you are hungry because the promotion may involve a purchase of 180 bags of Dontitos to obtain an additional 180 Achievement Points and an exclusive "When Pigs Fly" winged Avatar baseball cap.

Who says Microsoft does not listen to our loyal and future community? In continuing to reverse every initial decision, we have decided to include a headset with th Xbox 180. However, to access some functionality and apps on the Xbox 180 such as DVR capabilities and Skype, we still require an Xbox Live subscription.

Some? At this point I think you need one just to turn it on...
Xbox Live Gold has and will continue to change the landscape of online entertainment. In order to continue to provide our customers with the best and extensive feature set, Xbox Live Gold is an integral component. For pennies a day, you the customer can experience the number one online multi-player experience, a multitude of programming content from our partners, and access to Game DVR. Did I also mention limited game sharing of digital games?

As the community continued to "Fight For Your Rights", the message was clear. We have listened. Let it be know that the Kinect 2.0 will not be required for functionality of the Xbox 180. However, we cannot stress enough that games are better with Kinect and is still essential for motion based games and voice and motion activated applications.

Are you gonna get the Xbox180 and of course already have a Xbox 360, then if you get a video game let's say COD: Ghost on both systems and purchase a Season Pass for the game. The purchase of a Season Pass is alllows for download of DLC for both systems. Now how cool is that!

Season Pass Sharing...We care and your welcome.
