There are about 5-10 threads in every forum that are stickied - always appear at the top of the forum. Most of the threads are unpopular, dated and should be removed.
Many of these threads haven't received replies in over a year, and the latest posts are months apart. Most of them are ancient - there's one about the GBA in the 3DS forum that's from 2004.
Very few are warning threads, e.g. "don't talk about piracy." Those would probably need to stay.
I suggest the moderators either unpin all of them and wait for someone to ask for a pin, or review each one by last post date.
