Estate sale with boxed games in Lincolnshire

Hey, I figured an Illinois CAG might be interested in this estate auction I found, looks like they have some potential CiB or NiB N64 games for sale, among other things. There's a copy of Gex 64 in there that I'm pretty envious of.
