BuyBacks 30% off all used consoles B&M YMMV

I visited a local BuyBacks store in Columbus, OH today and saw a sign advertising 30% off of all video game consoles through July 31. I'm not sure if this is a local or regional only deal. They have a lot of consoles in near mint condition. I'll be going back later in the week to buy a mint condition Vita for $139.
