Best Buy has :br: Breaking Bad Season 3 listed on their website for $14.99. It rings up at the register (or CS where I handled my transaction--I recommend this route) for either $22.99 or $25.99 (can't remember which). Once you trade in a DVD and get the coupon, have a manager override the price to match the website and then override again to give you the extra $5 off (you may even get to keep the U&S coupon as they won't actually be able to scan it).
Initially the CS rep told me the coupon couldn't be applied to a price match but I simply said 'But that's supposed to be the actual price, I think you just need an override". He called the manager back over and he did it no muss no fuss and then afterwards gave me the coupon back.
So YMMV, but if you have a relationship with your local BB or just happen to catch a friendly CS rep and manager you can't beat this price. Good luck!

Tries this and failed on Sunday. Really Best Buy.... get your shit together. The price on your website is what I expected to pay, calling it a price match is a waste of my time and gas.

Lord Kefka... you're insatiable.

You can but I think what kefka is saying is that he wanted to walk in and have the item already be that price so he could use the $5 off U&S coupon on it.

The DVD versions of Seasons 1-4 are also $14.99.

Somebody please kill me.

OP, if you do a price match on the website price, the register locks out the use of coupons, both manufacturer and Best Buy.

The rep was doing their job correctly, as the terms on the coupon indicate that they can't be used in conjunction with other deals and a PM is just such a situation.

The manager had the rep do a price adjustment on the price down to $9.99 as they can't force the coupon to go through.

This is very YMMV and shouldn't be done according to BB PM policy and coupon policy, though sometimes, you'll get lucky.  No one should assume this will work for them, they should assume it won't work and should consider themselves lucky if it does work.

FYI, there is going to be a complete series set with at least one exclusive bonus feature (a 2 hours retrospective) so unless you really don't care about special features, if you haven't started collecting seasons of it yet I wouldn't.

Yup, Mikerocosms and Shrike are correct. I saw it marked 22.99 on shelf, but seeing as how often prices change I figured they don't retag everything. The sticker on the box rarely even matches the known displayed sale price. This one ended up ringing up at that price and not 14.99. I was dealing with someone from geek squad, and he read the fine print on the coupon. I made the single attempt to argue that it's their own website and that should be the price, but all he could do was shrug. He did let me keep the U&S coupon which I used on Serenity at another Best Buy.

What on earth is the deal with the recent phenomenon of Best Buy's website having cheaper prices than in store?  Seems like in the past it's always been fairly consistent, but a lot of these have been cropping up lately.

I think it has to do with not wanting to combine the U&S with certain sale prices.
