Before buying...This is just the headset, a mix amp is required to get the full utilization of this headset (xbox live chat, PSN chat, 5.1 sound, etc...). This is more for current Astro owners that need a replacement headset or want a green one.

Thanks for the heads up on this! I almost jumped on it. Would've been upset if only the headset showed. Still, great deal for ASTRO owners who have a little extra cash.

No problem, if you bundle that green A40 with the new mix amp ($89.99 + 129.99 = $219.98), it's not a bad deal and you get free shipping compared to ordering from their main site which charges ridiculous shipping rates.

 
Great headset :D it's a little big, but it fits comfortably even on my head :) Really good quality!

As mentioned, you need the $130 mixamp to get surround sound / console use (I suppose it could be hooked up in a round-about way without it...)
