Can someone order a few things from Microsoft Store for me? Can't an order through after hours of trying. SOLVED (ish)

I've been trying to place an order on microsoftstore.com for a couple hours now and every attempt I make gets shut down by error messages. The website seems to be working for others, so I have no clue whats going on. I need to buy a couple things as gifts, so if anyone here would be willing to help a fellow CAG out I'd really appreciate it! 

If you're willing to help, shoot me a PM asap. I have PayPal and Amazon GC available, and I'll cover the cost of the items (obviously) and then some as thanks.

UPDATE: I was contacted by another CAG and they were finally able to put an order through for me after using my neighbor's shipping address. Looks like Microsoft did in fact ban my address.

The easiest way to help yourself is just to create a new Microsoft account (outlook.com) and then go through the process to add a CC to it.  I tried unsuccessfully on three established accounts to buy games from this sale, and it took creating an entirely new one with the SAME info to get it to go through.  Also, I've NEVER had any luck linking a PayPal account to the MS store site.

I've tired 5 different MS accounts, 2 different PayPal accounts, 4 different credit cards, 3 different computers, and I've even tried ordering on my phone and at a Starbucks to see if maybe my IP was blocked. Nothing has worked )=

 
Did you clear your cookies before each new attempt?  It might even help to close the browser and reopen it (a pain I know, since you have to add all the items back to your cart).  I've had to do that a couple times myself and seemed to work OK.

I've cleared my cookies & cache for a couple attempts and tried using Internet Explorer as well, at the request of the representative I chatted with through the website's live chat function. I also tried calling them, but I got stuck on hold for over half an hour and just gave up. :L

 
What games are you looking for? I still haven't sent back the duplicate order they supposedly cancelled.
I'm looking for 2 copies of Spec Ops: The Line (one for me, one as a gift) & possibly a set of KontrolFreek FPS Freeks.

I wasn't able to reach anyone over the phone, but I'll give it another shot in a bit.

 
Well another CAG here offered to help me out and wasn't able to get the order through either, so it looks like they've blocked my shipping address for some reason. I'll try getting an order out to my work address or maybe a friend's place and see how that goes.

Update: Different address did not work on my end, but another user was able to get an order through for me (= Looks like they did in fact block my shipping address!
