I believe so! I still haven't finished it yet and same with 3 on ps3 but I played so many hours on my vita so I can't wait for 4 with dlc and all!

The port is currently Japan only, but I don't see NISA not bringing it to the US. I think Disgaea 3 did fairly well on Vita (as well as anything does on Vita, anyway). Plus, a lot of the voice over and translation work is already done by virtue of D4 already having a PS3 release in English.

The work is done, but the paperwork may be the hold up. As they probably need to have the voice actors resign some sort of contract.
