The PS3 says it comes with resident evil bluray collection for free, but when you add it to cart it doesnt take of the price.  This is a prettty good deal, but the bundle fry's has for 269 right now is a way better value if you can afford it.

Pretty tempting for that PS3 console. I feel like buying this as an early Christmas gift for my brother. Then again, could be cheaper or same price with some added games when Black Friday hits.

I agree... but notice: the 12GB PS3 can be shipped whereas the $269 bundle is in stores only. I don't live near a Frys so I'm SOL

Looking for a backup to my PS3 Phat.  Since BF is just around the corner, I'll wait.  Hope the BF bundles go down to $150 or $175 as compared to last year's $200 prices.

For $100 more you get a 250 gb hard drive, 1 yr of ps+, 2 games: uc3 GOTY, and splinter cell black list, this 12gb one is a rip off.

And i have had experience getting my best buy to pm frys, and the closest one for 100 mi away. you might even be able to get them to pm over the phone.

 

If your that worried what one of my friends does is call a best buy somewhere in the country close to a frys, and ask them to pm it over the phone and ship it since it is going to be a "gift" and you don't have time to run out to the store to order in person. YMMV on this sometimes he calls like 3 best buys to get it done

$200 was the prices for the last 2 yrs no way it'll hold for 3 w/new systems inbound. $150-$170 for bF bundles maybe $130ish for the vanilla version or $150 w/gc or games.

The best possible option at this point would be to pm at BB and hold it till november 1st. BF ads won't leak that early but at least that's 9 weekly ads for all retailers to gauge what will be coming.
Of course you need to be silver for the 60 days option and these are the times when being silver really pays for itself.
