you also have to factor in memory card and charger,I think it would be better to wait for a bundle at this point.

Have to factor in memory card even if buying new, at most you get a 4gb card as a pack in and that aint nearly enough, so memory card is really not a factor.

 

charger could be, I think they are like 20 bucks, so real price is 140 for a used vita. Not really worth that, would wait for BF, should be new bundles for like 180ish or less.

I would also wait for BF to see if you can get one that's not used, scratched, and dinged.  Vita's are extremely easy to scratch up, so I imagine these being a Grade 4 or 5 are pretty bad.

 

Definitely have to factor in a different memory card if you intend on having more than one or two games for it.  Especially with PS+.  I just got my Vita like 5 months ago and already upgraded to a 32GB.
