I bought Bioshock Infinite and NBA 2K13, but got an email saying that they need to talk to me to verify the purchase. I have money in my bank account and I've bought PC games before from the same Gamefly account. Is there a reason for this?

They've done that to me twice in a row. It only take a couple minutes, but it is annoying having to call-in every time I make a digital purchase.

I've had this occur a few times and customer service explained to me it was because I made my purchases via a mobile device smart phone/IPad.
 
Although the season pass isn't on sale, it looks like that coupon code works on it. I had both Bioshock Infinite and the pass in my cart and the total with the coupon was 26.80 or so. Didn't actually check out as I'm still debating getting it yet, but I was on the confirm order page so should work.

 
Does anyone know if you get the regular or deluxe version of Mafia 2 for free?  I'm assuming regular, but waiting for confirmation before buying any DLC.  Got Duke Nukem for $3.99 with the 20% code - mostly out of morbid curiosity - and I've been interested in getting Mafia 2 on the cheap for awhile. 

 
If you haven't already played Bioshock, I would wait for the DLC ... it was alright, but not nearly as good as I hoped it would be .. and it has zero replayability.
 
So, if I buy a $0.50 Borderlands 2 skin, would that include Mafia 2? They're included on the promotion page. Mafia 2 doesn't show up in the shopping cart or anything no matter what I add.

Where do we enter in coupon codes? I just made a 'partial' account and I cannot complete registration since I'm not a resident of the US.

So.... uh... conceivably you could just buy one of the $1.50 games and get Mafia 2 free.  It only excludes DLC~

 
I'm still trying to figure out if I get Mafia II if I buy Mafia II Digital Deluxe. :p

I already own Mafia II but I figure I can use this key to get Digital Deluxe added to my account... since 2K are jerks and never offered a Digital Deluxe upgrade.

My mistake: I misread your post as if it didn't have the word "exclude" in it. Unless there's a hidden condition/exclusin somewhere, the <$2 games should count too. (Note: none of the those games appear to activate on Steam.)

If it's a steam key, it will say "Requires steam client" somewhere on the page. If it doesn't, it's not a steam key.

Does that coupon code work on any digitial download game or just the ones listed, and when it expires? thinking about grabbing FF14. 24 dollars wouldn't be bad for a new MMO.
