I though people with guns were fully trained and would never just shoot people without justification..

I love how the state runned media is portraying this as a accident....LOL!!!

Can NYC be further away then being a police state...  You thought Rudy was a dangerous mayor, well he got nothing on Bloomy..

Oh and this is the 2nd time NYPD had accidentally shot at innocent people trying to stop a "criminal"

I imagine there are witnesses to corroborate that claim.  

You try to make it sound like an epidemic -- 2 times?  It's happened far more often than that in the NYC Metro area.  

This kind of thing can happen anywhere.
