Any NYC Stores That Break Street Date?

Does anyone know of any gaming stores in the NYC area that reliably break street dates on big titles? And how early do they usually do it, if they do.

I'm trying to find Pokemon X & Y early if I can.

Don't stores that break street date get punished by the distributors?  There probably aren't many stores that "reliably" break street date.
