wait...how the hell do you get PSN Codes worth $2.19???  That's a random ass number, first of all, and you can't get PSN cards (that I've seen) for less than $10 or $20.  Hell I can't even add less than $5 to my wallet. lol.

Most likely the Harmonix codes, which come out to about the price of a Rock Band song.

 
It's very simple, I hacked into Microsoft's code servers and created a database of codes worth $2.19 (duh).
